En esta intervención cuento mi experiencia como profesora, cómo he aprendido a tener una mente más flexible y cómo ésto me ha ayudado a conectar mejor con mis estudiantes y poder ofrecerles unas clases a medida. Flexible mindset for tailored lessons (English subtitles) Learning a new language is a complex process in which the mentality of the student and the teacher are key to achieve good results. In this presentation, I speak about my experience as a teacher, how I've learned to be more open-minded and how this has helped me to better connect with my students and be able to provide them tailored lessons.

My name is Alicia and I am a native Spanish teacher. Education is something that has always fascinated me. I studied a Degree in Pedagogy (Theory of Education) and after a few years I focused my career into Teaching Spanish to adults. I've been teaching since 2012 in England and I am very passionate about my job and sharing Spanish culture with my students. It's very important for me that they have a great time while they learn Spanish.
